A thoughtless mind is different from Sleep Awareness. It is seeing and merging with God. Thoughts begin to learn lesson in that thought-free silence.

Thoughts are autonomous as long as we are unconscious. The moment you become alert, thoughts will slow down and eventually disappear.

Forty or fifty Thoughts per minute, we never thought about it, But do we think that many thoughts? 

We shall provide necessary content and meditation practices to stop or at least reduce these.

Consider Each technique as a Thought. While closing your eyes practice these techniques.

(1) Imagine body is light. My body is light;

(2) Imagine body is light, There is light everywhere;

(3) Focus on the two eyeballs. They are filled with light. There is no darkness;

(4) While pay attention on the eyeballs, collect all energy and keep the eyeballs still. Eye balls are still. Now continue to think the thought 4 times that Eyeballs are still. (May say it aloud)

(5) Body is light, everywhere is light. Eyeballs are light, eyeballs are still.

(6) Light everywhere, inside the body, outside the body. Stay there (say aloud) . You are speaking to the mind stay there (repeat three times).

Now talk less, think less and do more. Conserve the energy, atomize thoughts. When you are silent and atomizing your thoughts, you can do a lot more then your through your thinking and through actions.
